Prolific Parisian street artist Invader has plastered up pixelated mosaic tile art around our City and others for nearly 2 decades.

First spotted by the eagle eyes at East Village Today, one of Invader's more recent pieces, an Andy Warhol themed mosaic, has disappeared from the side of The Standard hotel on Bowery.

Invader famously uses extra thin tiles to prevent the removal in one piece, so we wonder if the thief even got it off the wall without breaking it.
