It's a few months late, but the New York City Department of Sanitation recently released this great time lapse video showing the massive snow clearing efforts that took place after snow storm Jonas dumped several feet of snow onto the City.
Photographer Michael Anton and Videographer Jennifer Jones collaborated on this video depicting DSNY's massive snow clearing operations surrounding Winter Storm Jonas in January 2016, the second worst storm to hit NYC in recorded history.
The epic soundtrack on the video is the always classic Ride of the Valkyries
