Rentlogic is a new website which assigns landlords, buildings and leasing agencies a letter grade based on complaints, violations and submitted reviews in order to help potential lease-signers avoid the worst landlords in New York City.
Find out about unexpected problems in advance. Building ratings are based on official New York City government data. Renters call 311 to report landlord or building problems. Building inspectors investigate each problem. We use this information to calculate building ratings.
