Here's what the weather looks like in the City right now.

The TCS NYC Marathon is this Sunday and now you can support your running friends and family by tracking them mile-after-mile-after-mile through all 5 boroughs using the official TCS NYC Marathon App. The way it works is quite simple yet very accurate. Each runner has a small electronic chip on their running bib (where the number is) that is scanned by special receivers at each mile marker. This allows the App to know exactly when the runner crosses a mile marker, and the overall time the runner is at.

If you don't know anybody else running and just want to try it out, yours truly is running this year (Bib #7367) so track me and wish me luck!

Canstruction New York is an annual donation / art exhibition in which thousands of canned food goods are created into large sculptures, which will then get donated to City Harvest. Check it out at Brookfield Place in Battery Park City until November 15th.

These giant structures made entirely from cans of food will feed thousands of people after being on display at 'Canstruction New York'.
