HARBS is a popular Japanese cake shop, bakery and tea house chain in Japan. You may be thinking "a cake is a cake", but the Japanese style-cakes are known for being lighter and fluffier than American style. Patty Lee from Zagat recently sat down and had a couple of slices to check it out.
