When you ask New York City residents what they think about pigeon, the last thing you would ever expect to hear is that they are delicious. For this recent video from Zagat, several New Yorker's were asked just that and encouraged to try cooked pigeon for the first time from Soho's Blue Ribbon Brasserie. What they all found out was that these little annoying birds can be quite tasty, as long as they are expertly prepared.
