[PHOTOS] Bryant Park Fountain Covered in Beautiful Ice Sculptures After Blistering Cold Spell

Every winter, Bryant Park's Josephine Shaw Lowell Fountain nearly completely freezes over as New York City temperatures plunge below zero. Despite the deep freeze, the park does not shutoff the water flow, resulting in amazing icicles and a compounding ice sculpture that amazes tourists and locals alike.
