Peek Inside The New York Botanical Garden's Singapore-Inspired 2019 Orchid Show

Now in its 17th year, the annual Orchid Show exhibition at the New York Botanical Garden opened this month with inspiration from Singapore, a "City in a Garden", a place where the national flower is the Orchid. Watch this short video from the Garden to hear about the orchids, their inspirations, and their arrangements at this year's exhibition.

Elevate your interest in these storied flowers that are an integral part of the island’s culture and landscape. Developed in partnership with Gardens by the Bay and Singapore Botanic Gardens, the exhibition pays homage to the sites’ iconic Supertrees—dramatic vertical habitats, and famed Arches—a highlight of the National Orchid Garden.

Catch the Orchid Show at the New York Botanical Garden until Sunday, April 28th.
