One Year Lease, a Funny Video Documenting a Year Living in NYC as Told Through Landlord's Crazy Voicemails

One Year Lease is a funny yet traumatizing video from filmmaker Brian Bolster that documents a year living in NYC as told mostly through the voice mails left from the crazy landlady "Rita" upstairs.

Ahhh, the joy's of renting in New York City! A tiny, expensive apartment is expected. But an eccentric landlord with an itchy speed-dial finger? Told almost entirely through voice mail messages One Year Lease documents the travails of Brian, Thomas and Casper as they endure a year-long sentence with Rita the cat-loving landlady.

The short film has been featured in dozens of film festivals over the past 2 years, and is finally available online.
