Noisy NYC is a new tool created by a New York City-based software engineer going only by b__d055 that lets you see all recent noise complaints for your zip code either by map, or in text format. If you enter your zip code, the tool will pull up all noise complaints and give the neighborhood a grade based on comparisons to other zip codes.
