Real estate website PropertyShark recently crunched the numbers in order to determine the 2015 median sale price of homes in all of New York City's neighborhoods.
We’ve all been watching real estate prices break record after record within the last years, but $3.89 million for an “average” home in NoHo is quite crazy. Our analysts have just finished compiling the annual list of the most expensive NYC neighborhoods and it looks like there are 2 other nabes where median home prices went over $3 million this year.
