New York City Sanitation Worker Nelson Molina Shows Off His Extensive Collection of Treasures Found in the Trash

Department of Sanitation worker Nelson Molina has found some amazing items in the New York City trash.

Due to department regulations however, any items that are thrown away are not allowed to be taken home, so Molina has setup an unofficial "Trash Museum" on the second floor of an East Harlem sanitation garage. The museum is not officially open to the public, but people have been given permission to come and see the items at times. If anybody claims an item from the "museum", Molina gives it back.

Some of the more notable items featured in the video are vintage projectors, music boxes, oil paintings and even a piece of steel from the World Trade Center.
