Just one month after the record-setting sale of the $100 million condo in Manhattan, a new condo is about to hit the market with a $150 million price tag. The condo is a three story penthouse with nearly 22,000 square feet of space on the top of the Sony Tower in midtown. There is no doubt it is an amazing apartment with some of the best views around, but will it sell for that price?
