This year, the New York Philharmonic celebrate its 175-year anniversary. To help celebrate, they created this great video narrated by F. Murray Abraham and showed it at a recent event.

Murray Abraham, it conveys how New York’s finest 19th-century musicians founded New York’s Orchestra, and how Philharmonic musicians — innovative, tenacious, welcoming — have always reflected the city we call home.
