MTA Introduces Group Station Manager Program to Make Subway Stations Suck Less

As part of the Fast Forward plan to modernize MTA New York City Transit, we are introducing the Group Station Manager program to improve customer service and cleanliness in our 472 subway stations.

It sounds like a good idea, but time will tell on whether it actually improves stations or not. What do you think?
