Comedian Louis C.K. was recently a surprise guest at the New York City Inner Circle Dinner, NYC's version of the
White House Correspondents Dinner. He was rushed on stage as a surprise to perform right next to Mayor Bill de Blasio, and explains to Jimmy Fallon on the Tonight Show how he ended up doing it with a surprise in his underpants as well.
