New York City-based planner Nick Smatt recently placed a dozen roses in an empty F train with the note:
It's not who you love.
It's that you love.
Give this rose to someone on this subway that doesn't have one.
Happy Valentine's Day.
Smatt then sat back and filmed as straphangers passed roses along to each other, smiling and enjoying themselves, sharing a bit of neighborly love.
