In case you haven't heard, the City is being overrun with wild coyotes.
The latest in the sighting of these normally distant wild animals happened on Friday in Battery Park City, near Riverside Park. The NYPD was called in to help, and they were able to corner the animal and subdue the threat.
This is one of dozens of recent coyote sightings across Queens, Brooklyn and Manhattan, and for whatever reason, more and more are coming to eat us alive.
If you see one out there on the City streets, stay distant and contact the NYPD.
