Jazz Trio Performs All About That Bass in the Subway

The Bedford Ave. L stop is always full of musicians, performers and other buskers entertaining the ever-growing L-train straphanger population. After all, it's where we saw that little girl in the pink jacket dancing like nobody was watching in what was probably the cutest video of 2014.

Vimeo uploader Thi Lam commutes through Bedford every day and thought he would start sharing some of these awesome performers with us in a new series called "L Train Diaries".

I work in Williamsburg in a face paced restaurant and get off really late. I am tired, sweaty, and constantly questioning what I should be doing with my life. Needless to say I am exhausted after every shift, but every time I walk down the staircase to get on the L Train I witness something new and joyful. These kind of moments bring a little bit of life back into my tired body. I just want to start sharing these moments with you all.

Here, a Jazz Trio performs their rendition of Meghan Trainor — "All About That Bass"
