Interactive Map Shows All New York City Hate Crimes Since Donald Trump Elected President

There has been a steep uptick in racial, political, and religious hate crimes in New York City and across the Nation since Donald Trump was elected President. In this horrifying map made by our friends at DNAinfo, see all reported hate crimes in NYC since Nov. 8th mapped out with a summary of the crime.

As of Nov. 22, the NYPD said they had received 30 reports of hate crimes since the election Nov. 8 — an uptick from the 6 reported during that same period last year. That included at least 13 incidents involving swastikas as of Nov. 19., police said. Overall, hate crimes have jumped 30 percent so far this year, police said.
