Hundreds of Costumed Canines Hang Out at Tomkins Square Park's Howloween Parade

Hundreds of costumed dogs descended on a New York City park Saturday for what was billed as the nation's largest Halloween dog parade. Thousands of spectators mingled with about 300 four-legged contestants in Manhattan's Tompkins Square Park.
