Here's What the MTA is Doing to Fix Leaky Subway Tunnels and Stations

Leakage in tunnels is a serious problem. Water infiltration can lead to signal malfunctions that cause train delays. Under the Subway Action Plan, over 3,000 leaks have been fixed.
