18-year-old urban Explorer, photographer, and Instagrammer flashing.lights has been exploring the City for most of his life, always finding new vantage points to capture amazing photographs of the City from above.
Avid readers of Viewing NYC might recognize some of these photos as we have shared a couple in the past, but the popular Instagrammer, whose real name is Josh Charrow, recently uploaded this incredible video showing a compilation of all that he has been up to over the past several months living here in the City.
Six months ago I moved to New York City. Since then, I’ve lived out the life that I’ve always dreamed. Whether I was roof-topping, photographing, skateboarding, or just hanging with friends, I had my camera by my side ready to film it all. This film is the story of my first couple months in the greatest city on earth. I’ve never put more work into one project, so I hope you all enjoy it :)
