Here's How Vivi Bubble Tea Makes Their Over-The-Top "Bubble Tea Float"

Vivi Bubble Tea is a bubble tea joint that has locations all around New York City, but there is something special served only at the Lower East Side location, an over-the-top Bubble Tea Float.

Our friends at Bedford + Bowery recently sent video producer Kavitha Surana out to see how the float is made and to try it out.

Presented on a wooden board and served in a mason jar (of course), the awe-inspiring tower of cotton candy comes with a tiny jug of leftover slush topped by a cute swirl of whipped cream. Cookies-and-cream ice cream, Pop Rocks, and a color-changing spoon are also involved.
