Just the other day, we shared an incredible photograph showing the quick progression of the construction on the Empire State Building, and here we have another great vintage photograph from 1930. This shot shows the building's foundation, first floor, and raw steel structure in April of 1930, as seen from across the street on 5th Avenue and 33rd Street.
