George Balanchine's A Midsummer Night's Dream, Next Month at the NYC Ballet

Shakespeare's play A Midsummer Night's Dream opens next month at the NYC Ballet, transformed into ballet with choreography by the late George Balanchine and music by 19th century composer Felix Mendelssohn.

Enter the enchanted land of Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream, a lush forest besieged by quixotic love triangles and feuding fairy kingdoms, awash with magic at every turn.

The show will perform at the David H. Koch Theater in Lincoln Center, May 23rd through 28th, with tickets starting at just $30.
