The 2nd annual Panorama Festival hits NYC this summer again on Randalls Island featuring headliners Frank Ocean, Solange, Tame Impala, Alt-J, Nine Inch Nails, and Queens-local group A Tribe Called Quest. The three-day concert is set to take place on July 28th through July 30th, with tickets available this Friday starting at 10am.
