Vice Channels' new Munchies series recently followed Jamie Bissonnette, head chef and owner of Toro on a night out in Chelsea. Throughout the video, we see Jamie hanging out with friends and enjoying the night, but also see him teach us how to make a fantastic paella, order a sabered champagne and talk about some of the more unique aspects of NYC cooking, drinking and dining.
