First there was Raclette and their mouthwatering display of their Instagram-worthy cheese. Now there’s a bar that lets you DIY raclette, while you drink. The Après Ski Lounge at the top of the Knickerbocker Hotel has blessed us with this unbelievably delicious delight. Check it out, and melt your own cheese yourself while you wash it down with a good ol' Brooklyn beer.
