Check Out This Vintage Film Showing Nirvana Playing in Alphabet City in 1989

This vintage home video was captured on July 18, 1989 and shows Nirvana on their first New York City gig as part of the New Music Senimar at the Pyramid Club on Avenue A.

Shortly after this show, the second guitarist Jason Everman left the band, and former drummer Chad Channing would be replaced by Dave Grohl in the following months.
