Construction at Hudson Yards, Manhattan's newest neighborhood, has been well under way for several years now and most of the skyscrapers are completed or nearly finished. Included in the middle of the Hudson Yards plaza and recently topped-out is Vessel, the massive, climbable staircase sculpture.
