Check Out Street Photographer Meryl Meisler’s New Exhibit: LES YES!

Local street photographer Meryl Meisler has a new exhibit titled LES YES!, displaying her photographs of the Lower East Side during the 1970s and '80s, and presented in celebration of Lower East Side History Month. You can see the exhibit May 3rd through June 3rd at The Storefront Project on Orchard St.

The ritzy Lower East Side used to be a vibrant, working-class community in the 1970s. The stark difference can be seen in photographer Meryl Meisler’s new exhibit, "LES YES!," on display at the Storefront Project.
