They are less sanguine than the enthusiasts about the solution of such problems as lack of sewers, of final mapping and paving of streets and of ‘City Hall red tape’ that discourages prospective industrial development.”

Manhattan Haze | Panorama taken from a flight out of Newark on a hazy day. Canon 6D with a Canon 70-200mm f/2.8L (mark 1, non-IS). Stitched together with Microsoft ICE. The original color image had a heavy, almost monochrome, blue cast. Do you think I should have left the color in?
