Cast Members of Broadway's "Aladdin" and "Lion King" Serenade Stranded Travelers at LaGuardia

Nothing gets a crowd going like a little live music, especially when stranded in an airport. On Sunday night, after storms caused delays at LaGuardia, the Broadway casts of Disney’s Aladdin and The Lion King decided to lighten the mood by spontaneously performing for their fellow stranded travelers.

“Wowowowow the casts of The Lion King and Aladdin are stranded at the airport (like me) and just performed wow,” tweeted one traveler.

This isn’t the first time something like this happened. A few years back, the cast of Lion King took over a subway car and sang Circle of Life.

In this video from NBC New York, the casts can be seen “battling” each other while stranded travelers cheer them on.
