Brooklyn Winery Explains How You Make Wine in an Urban Setting

Conner McCormack, head winemaker at Brooklyn Winery in Williamsburg, talks about some of the challenges of making wine in the City.

…it’s basically a massive game of Tetris, at all times. And you have to be, everybody has to be very flexible. Right now we’re maxed out. I can’t fit another barrel in here. In 2010 we did about 2500 cases of wine, and last year we did 9000 cases of wine.

Brooklyn Winery is located at 213 North 8th Street in North Williamsburg.
