Bomb Explodes at LaGuardia Airport Killing 11 on December 29th, 1975

On this day, in 1975, a bomb exploded in the LaGuardia Airport baggage claim, killing 11 people and seriously injuring 74. Several terrorists organizations are suspected, but no arrests are made. At the time, the attack was the single most deadly attack in New York City since the 1920 Wall Street Bombing which killed 38.
