[WATCH] Eating A $3,000 Michelin Star Dinner

Yes, I spent $15,000 on food in one day. But before you judge, wait until you see what three star dining looks like. In just a day, I ate breakfast at a one Michelin star restaurant, lunch at a two star, and dinner at a three star. Even getting a reservation at a Michelin star restaurant is difficult, let alone actually dining and stomaching the often steep price of the meal. I want to give a massive thanks to the three restaurants and their amazing teams for allowing us to document the experience and even venture into their sacred kitchens. Those of you watching should consider yourselves lucky, too. Seeing behind-the-scenes in such high-end kitchens is something truly special.

This great vintage photograph shows the R.H. Macy and Company block-wide department store and surrounding Herald Square in 1905. The view is from atop a building across 6th Avenue looking west, with 35th Street on the right and 34th Street just barely showing on the left.
