7th Annual NYC Pizza Run, a 2 Mile East Village Race Where You Eat Pizza Along the Way

Here's a two mile race that most New Yorkers can get behind, even if running isn't your thing. The 7th Annual NYC Pizza Run is set to take place in Tomkins Square Park this September.

The NYC Pizza Run is a challenge in which participants aim to complete a two mile run while stopping to eat three slices of pizza at checkpoints throughout the course. This one one-of-a-kind New York City experience is open to people of all ages. In a food obsessed metropolis where people are always on the run, putting together an event which pays tribute to some of the city’s defining characteristics seemed like a no-brainer.

This year's NYC Pizza Run will take place on Saturday, September 17th @ 11am, with tickets starting at $50.
