Widewalls Highlights 10 New York City Graffiti Legends That Are Still Kicking (Ass)

Street art website Widewalls recently compiled this great list of NYC street art legends who are still active and kicking ass with their murals and graffiti.

Today we talk about big names in the history of graffiti art, more specifically about those big names coming from the never sleeping graffiti Mecca of New York City, the place where it all started. This list does not intend to be exclusive, nor definitive, as there are plenty of other extraordinary and legendary graffiti artists in New York, but stands as a reminder as there is no doubt that all ten of graffiti legends featured on the following list shaped the graffiti art movement as we know it today, and inspired generations of young street artists worldwide.
