When it Snowed a Foot Last Year in New York City, Casey Neistat Went Snowboarding Down Avenue D

30 inches of snow may be be so bad for all places in the United States, but that kind of snow in New York city doesn't happen quite that often. The storm that is regarded as the worst in recorded history — The Great Blizzard of 1888 — had only 40 inches, and we are slated to get about 75% of the way there over the next few days.

The last time we had over a foot of snow, February of last year, Casey Neistat did some pretty awesome street snowboarding around Alphabet City. Knowing how many crazy people there are like Casey in the City, we can't wait to see what you guys come up with to make the best out of the blizzard this time around. Stay safe.
