A video uploaded to YouTube under the account Dj Hammers shows a subway train plowing into a piece of metal debris left on the tracks. The impact creates a loud bang and sparks, presumably from shorts created by the metal object and the third rail. Luckily, no-one appears to have been hurt as there was no media coverage on the event.
This may seem like non-news, but idiots doing things like this need to get caught before somebody gets hurt. The uploader of the video claims to be innocent, but hopefully the video evidence will allow for an in-depth investigation of the incident.
Note: I did not do this and was not involved. Vandalizing transit property is illegal and unsafe. The people who did this need to re-evaluate their conscience.
