Local transit historian and railfan Dj Hammers makes tons of great videos showing how subway transit works and runs in the City. In this recent upload to YouTube, Dj Hammers captures the entire ride on the C Train from 168th Street in Manhattan to Euclid Avenue in Brooklyn, filming out the front window from the train operator's point of view. Check it out!
Some of the trains that run on the C line are made up of R32-type equipment, which have passenger accessible front windows! This allows for the creation of videos that show the view ahead. Here we see a timelapse version of this view, compressing an hour and 10-minute ride into just a few minutes! Enjoy!
