Tourette's Syndrome is a complex neuropsychiatric disorder which is characterized by multiple motor tics and at least one vocal tic. David Arce, a barber at Greenpoint's Tomcats Barbershop doesn't let his Tourette's stand in his way tough, overcoming motor tics to sut and shave perfectly.
