Tommy is talented 16-year-old artist who paints on YouTube and elsewhere under the username TCDesigns and TCDesignsHD. He has a series of videos called "Places I've Been" where he does an oil pastel speed painting of said places. The most recent of which is a bit of New York City.
This is the third episode of my "Places I've Been" series. If you are unfamiliar with what this series is, it is just me drawing places I have physically been to and to hopefully broadcast the world through my perspective in my art. This particular piece is of some random buildings I saw when I was in New York City (I visit quite frequently).
