In this captivating video created by AQuest for Risotteria Melotti, you follow the risotto from the fields of Italy to New York where it is expertly prepared and served up in a quaint, rustic restaurant. It is essentially a 3-minute advertisement, but has no dialog and is so superbly done that it made me crave some of that risotto after about 30 seconds. At the time of this writing, Risotteria Melotti has a 4.5 star rating on Yelp with many of the 63 reviews saying it's pretty much the best risotto ever.
