I eat at and review Eleven Madison Park in the Flatiron District of New York City. The restaurant has 3 Michelin Stars and was voted as the World's Best Restaurant in 2017. Chef Daniel Humm helms the establishment and is considered to be one of the world's best chefs. Front of house specialist Will Guidara helped EMP to develop world-class service and hospitality. In 2021, Eleven Madison Park completely transformed into a vegan restaurant. I review their full tasting menu which contains about 10 to 11 courses for $365.
