Built by Emery Roth in the early 1900's, Tim's classical style apartment is perched high above the city. His incredible rooftop terrace is a green oasis offering a sense of seclusion among the buildings and city lights beyond.

Inspired by travel and curiosity, Tim has decorated his apartment with an edited curation of eclectic items that he has accumulated over time -- layering items from different periods and cultures; artfully mixing the pristine and the patinated. Small in size, one of the biggest design challenges for Tim when designing the apartment was ensuring each space felt harmonious. To achieve this, Tim accented his outdoor terrace with black furnishings to extend the living to the outdoors -- making entertaining a breeze. Enjoy!
