Since starting the site late 2014, Viewing NYC has been growing at a steady pace, and now we are looking for content contributors! If you would like to get involved with the site, here's how.
The easiest way to get involved is to send us a tip about New York City related things that are interesting to you, or things you want to see written about. We have eagle eyes around the web for New York City content, but there is a ton of stuff which flies under our radar. And we want to know about it.
Another way to get involved in a major way is to write a guest post. The subject matter of the post can be anything related to NYC that fits in the general categories of art, comedy, culture, food, history and events. Keep it short, keep it simple, and keep it relevant. Contact us if you want to contribute something to the site and we will take a look.
Finally, we are looking for a few unpaid internships or freelance positions. Maybe you have an overwhelming interest in local blogging, or you haven't yet found a way to put that arts degree to good use, either way, writing regularly for Viewing NYC will help get your name out there on a daily basis. If you are interested, get in touch and tell us why you would be a good fit.
