Brooklyn urban explorer and transit enthusiast Bob Diamond is most well-known for rediscovering, exploring, and offering unauthorized tours in, an abandoned subway tunnel under Atlantic Avenue. Starting from an unassuming manhole cover directly in the middle of the intersection at Atlantic Avenue and Court Street, Diamond would take interested tourists, locals, and even reporters down to the 1844 tunnel. He has a huge collection of vintage videos that he shares online from time-to-time, and in this one, we get to see a vintage 1994 news report from CBS's 48 Hours program. Check it out!
