This incredible vintage photograph from 1905 shows a busy midday in Manhattan's Herald Square, looking north from just south of 34th Street and 6th Avenue. Check out the specimen page on the Library of Congress for more info on the original black and white photograph, or Zoe Martin's webpage for more on the colorization artist.
